ThreeBond TB1101 is a reddish brown, non drying, removable gasket. It has excellent water resistance and seawater resistance. It is possible to use TB1101 together with solid sheet gaskets because there is almost no effect on rubber. This product is easy to remove, making it optimal for sealing joints that require periodic disassembly and overhauling. Operating temperature is -40°C up to +80°C.
TB1521 is a multi-purpose, high strength, fast setting chloroprene rubber adhesive. It is suitable for bonding a wide range of substrates including metals, rubbers and plastics, gives high initial bond strength and elasticity after setting. TB1521 is widely used as a contact adhesive in various applications such as bonding automotive sound insulating material, carpets, plastic and interior trim and decorative laminates.
TB1121 is a non-drying liquid gasket on the basis of denatured ester resin developed and patented by ThreeBond from the viewpoints of user safety and easy detachment of joined surfaces. TB1121 is applied on one of the fitting surfaces and can be assembled immediately after application. After assembly of the parts it is completely adapted to the surface structure of the fitting faces. All small indentations, such as tool marks and scratches, are filled in as well as any unevenness of the fitting surface. It exhibits exceptional sealing effect without becoming thin due to solvent evaporation. Further, joined surfaces are easy to separate, resulting in enhanced working efficiency during disassembly.
Two major turbine manufacturers specify Temp-Tite II as the sealant of choice for their equipment. Temp-Tite II is a plastic, high-solid sealant extruded into rope or string form and applied to a joint face, making it possible to seal complex joint designs without a pre-made gasket. Sealant is suited for sealing rough or irregular joints of turbines, boilers, heat exchangers, compressors, pumps, blowers, piping, or a variety of other high temperature/pressure metal to metal joints. During joint assembly, sealant will flow into rough or irregular surfaces to provide a durable seal. Temp-Tite II expands under heat and cures to a leathery like consistency, and will not crack due to thermal cycling or vibration. Joint disassembly is easy, as the sealant does not excessively harden which allows for quick separation
