A 2-part repair composite for metal repair and resurfacing based on solvent-free epoxy resin reinforced with silicon steel alloy. This repair material has been developed to offer an extended working life, ideal for large applications where greater volumes of material are required or to provide adequate working time at higher temperatures. Belzona 1121 (Super XL-Metal) will not corrode and resists a wide range of chemicals. It is easy to mix and apply without the need of specialist tools and can be machined using conventional tools.
Belzona 1111 (Super Metal) is a cold-curing 100% solids epoxy composite reinforced with silicon steel alloy. This material can be used for various applications including bonding, shimming, forming, rebuilding, wrapping, patching, sealing and filling. It will not shrink while curing in service, allowing for exact dimensions and geometry to be achieved. Belzona 1111 ensures lasting in-service performance, accounting for temperature and pressure fluctuations, loading and stresses, impact and abrasion. Five-year shelf life makes Belzona 1111 an invaluable stock item for many maintenance professionals.
Araldite Standard is a super strong gap filling epoxy adhesive for household, workshop, industry, repairs. Water proof and chemical resistant. Bonds most materials to themselves or to one another specially to metal, wood, glass, ceramics, rigid plastics and concrete. Cures fast at room temperature 18 – 24 Degree C. Araldite AV 4738 with Hardener HV 4739 is a two component, ambient temperature curing paste adhesive, which after post-curing either at application or in service, will give bonds with temperature resistance up to 150°C and excellent resistance to common chemicals.
