Graphite Blocks
Our Graphite Blocks are composed from a unique carbon composition that is manufactured under the tightest internal controls. This makes for a highly consistent graphite block that guarantees high performance even in the most hostile environments.
Unlike our Graphite Blocks, other graphite blocks are sourced from materials manufactured in other countries. Because of this, there’s a greater chance that these imported materials contain inconsistent internal structures. This is due to the lack of tightly controlled manufacturing processes, and premature wear of the graphite may occur.
The Graphite Blocks simply ride in a holder against the rotating surface, allowing the weight of the graphite block to deposit the lubricant on the load-bearing surface. This process maximizes the transference of the graphite against the load-bearing surface, minimizes roller and tire wear, and ensures optimal performance in all pressures and temperatures.

Araldite AV 4738 with Hardener HV 4739 is a two component, ambient temperature curing paste adhesive, which after post-curing either at application or in service, will give bonds with temperature resistance up to 150°C and excellent resistance to common chemicals. It is suitable for bonding a range of metals and polymeric substances such as GRE, GRP, ABS and SMC.
