Klubersynth HB 74-401 is primarily used in roller and plain bearings at high temperatures, e.g. in the steel or cement industry.

Pinion bearing

Klubersynth HB 74-401 can be applied with a spatula, brush and grease gun or with standard central lubrication systems.

Ideally, before greasing with Klubersynth HB 74-401, the lubricating point should be cleaned and the old grease removed.

If it is not possible to clean the lubrication point for technical reasons, the grease can be replaced by more frequent relubrication in the initial period after the changeover.
