A pre-assembly material for metal components subject to high temperature which prevents seizure, corrosion, pitting, galling and thread distortion. Specially formulated for application to mating surfaces of nuts, bolts, couplings, sprockets, pulleys and other components, this multi-purpose and metal-free compound resists vibration, contraction, expansion, corrosion, chemicals and temperatures up to 1100°C (2000°F). Belzona 8211 (HP Anti-Seize) will not corrode or react with dissimilar metals. It is suitable for application to most metal substrates including chrome, molybdenum, vanadium, titanium, stainless steel and nimonics.

This allows a client to simulate the stresses the adhesive will experience in service to satisfy themselves that the Belzona 7311 solution is capable of performing against real-world forces it will be subjected to in use.
Belzona 7211 is a three-component, 100% solids, VOC free epoxy system suitable for deep pour grouting of large machine bases, setting large levelling wedges and sole plates. It offers rapid strength development, superior creep resistance, and minimal shrinkage. This product is ideally suited for the repairs performed on horizontal surfaces where self-leveling capabilities are required.
