Belzona 8311 (Nato Fluid) is a multi-purpose lubrication system for penetrating and releasing seized components caused through lack of lubrication at assembly or corrosion in service. This versatile lubricant consists of a blend of ionic and non-ionic molecules with both water-repellent (hydrophobic) and water seeking (hydrophilic) properties, providing an easily applied solution for long-term protection in aggressive environments. Belzona 8311 (Nato Fluid) is supplied with a spraying pump for easy application by spray, brush or dripping.
A pre-assembly material for metal components subject to high temperature which prevents seizure, corrosion, pitting, galling and thread distortion. Specially formulated for application to mating surfaces of nuts, bolts, couplings, sprockets, pulleys and other components, this multi-purpose and metal-free compound resists vibration, contraction, expansion, corrosion, chemicals and temperatures up to 1100°C (2000°F). Belzona 8211 (HP Anti-Seize) will not corrode or react with dissimilar metals. It is suitable for application to most metal substrates including chrome, molybdenum, vanadium, titanium, stainless steel and nimonics.
Belzona 7311 is a fatigue resistant adhesive, optimised for structural bonding applications requiring high mechanical strength, cleavage and shear resistance. Belzona 7311 is ideally suited for bonding applications subjected to cyclic and repeated load. As a specially designed adhesive, it offers the perfect alternative to mechanical fastenings/fixings and can be a viable alternative to welding, eliminating any need for hot work, making it a safe yet high-performance solution. This easy to mix product requires no specialist tools or equipment for application and cure and is suitable for both dry and wet service up to 60 °C (140 °F). With a high amount of performance data available from the development and testing of Belzona 7311, customers have the ability to perform finite element analysis (FEA) and model bonded assemblies. This allows a client to simulate the stresses the adhesive will experience in service to satisfy themselves that the Belzona 7311 solution is capable of performing against real-world forces it will be subjected to in use.
Belzona 7211 is a three-component, 100% solids, VOC free epoxy system suitable for deep pour grouting of large machine bases, setting large levelling wedges and sole plates. It offers rapid strength development, superior creep resistance, and minimal shrinkage. This product is ideally suited for the repairs performed on horizontal surfaces where self-leveling capabilities are required. This grouting compound flows into the spaces under the large machinery and fills completely before solidifying. Belzona 7211 is offered in two different flowability levels: standard and high to meet various application requirements.

Belzona 5871 is a two-component, polymeric, solvent free system providing a thermal insulation barrier with corrosion protection and thermal and sub- zero “cool-to-touch” properties. This material is designed to be applied to metal pipework, ducting and other industrial equipment. Belzona 5871 is thermally insulating, providing protection against contact-burn injuries, eliminates corrosion/CUI, condensation and anti-icing, improving safety and durability. Belzona 5871 can be applied by brush, cartridge or plural spray, expanding upon application to produce a lightweight, closed-cell foam. This reduces the surface temperature of metallic substrates to below 60°C (140°F) whilst providing corrosion protection.
