A 2-part polyurethane resin designed for the coating of metal and rubber surfaces, as well as casting of new rubber components. This flexible rubber material is appropriate for applications where durability, elasticity, high abrasion and tear resistance are required. It is easy to mix and apply without the need for specialist tools and it cures at room temperature eliminating the need for hot work and vulcanisation.

A 2-part polyurethane resin designed for the repair, rebuilding and coating of rubber and metal components. This flexible rubber repair material is appropriate for applications where high build, durability, elasticity, high abrasion and tear resistance are required. This material is easy to mix and apply without the need for specialist tools and it cures at room temperature eliminating the need for hot work.

A 2-part fluid epoxy resin designed for the repair and creation of positive grip systems on metallic surfaces of machinery and equipment and walking areas. This solvent-free material is ideal where slip reduction, chemical and wear resistance are required. The coating is used in conjunction with Belzona aggregates to create positive drive and reduce slippage. Belzona 1821 (Fluid Metal) is easy to mix and can be applied manually without the need for specialist tools. It will cure at room temperature, eliminating the need for hot work.

Belzona 1818 is a fast curing, surface tolerant, abrasion resistant system ideal for patch repairs on surfaces subject to high erosion and abrasive environments. Its fast curing properties results in minimal downtime for damaged equipment, and the product can experience full mechanical loading in as little as two hours after application. This material has built in surface tolerant technology, enabling it to bond tenaciously onto steel substrates even when surface preparation is minimal or if the substrate is heavily contaminated with oil or water. The product can even be applied and cured underwater. Supplied as a two-part system, Belzona 1818 is easy to mix and apply without the need for specialist tools and can be applied direct to the substrate with no need for an additional primer.

Belzona 1814 is a cost-effective 3-component repair system for the protection of surfaces subject to abrasive attack. This material is designed to provide protection in highly abrasive environments and is specifically formulated for application over large areas. Supplied as a three-part system, with a base, solidifier and aggregate, Belzona 1814 is easy to mix and apply without the need for specialist tools. This thixotropic material will adhere to a wide range of substrates, providing a seamless abrasion resistant lining at thicknesses up to 12.7mm (1/2in).

A 2-part paste-grade epoxy composite material combining abrasion resistant ceramic aggregates in a polymeric binder for the repair and protection of equipment operating at temperatures up to 200⁰C (392⁰F). Belzona 1813 has been formulated to protect metal surfaces from abrasive attack at high temperatures and is resistant to a wide range of chemicals. This new generation technology creates a seamless but highly durable lining capable of being applied in thin or thick layers, providing greater opportunities to modify profiles and improve flow.

A 2-part epoxy-based composite material combining extremely hard closely packed abrasion resistant ceramic aggregates in a polymeric binder for the repair and protection of equipment damaged by fine particle abrasion. Belzona 1812 (Ceramic Carbide FP) has been developed for situations involving fine particle erosion such as cement manufacture. This new generation technology creates a smoother but highly durable composite capable of being applied in thin layers, providing greater opportunities to modify profiles and improve flow. Alternativly, where problems due to coarse particle abrasion occur, Belzona 1811 (Ceramic Carbide) has been developed.

A 2-part epoxy-based composite material incorporating abrasion resistant ceramic aggregates for the repair and protection of metal surfaces suffering from sliding abrasion. Belzona 1811 (Ceramic Carbide) resists deformation damage and wear providing long-term abrasion resistance. This highly durable composite material can be applied without the need for specialist tools to unlimited thickness onto vertical and horizontal surfaces up to a dry temperature of 150°C (300°F). Belzona 1811 (Ceramic Carbide) will not corrode and is resistant to a wide range of chemicals. It will bond to a variety of substrates providing a seamless lining coupled with excellent abrasion and wear resistance to coarse materials. Alternatively, where problems due to very fine particle abrasion occur, Belzona 1812 (Ceramic Carbide FP) has been developed.

A 2-part hand-applied epoxy coating designed to provide long-term corrosion and chemical resistance to equipment operating in continuous immersion at temperatures up to 160°C (320°F). This coating has a long overcoat window and its cold curing mechanism with full in service cure reduces downtime and ensures rapid return of equipment to service. This solvent-free coating is easy to mix and apply without the need for specialist tools, ensuring a simple and safe application in confined areas.
