This clear amber epoxy resin system bonds strongly to concrete, stone and other metallic and non-metallic surfaces. It provides a tough, seamless coating which is suitable for heavy duty dust proofing. Belzona 4151 (Magma-Quartz Resin) is also ideal for grouting and bonding or as an overcoat to Belzona 4111 (Magma-Quartz) and Belzona 4131 (Magma-Screed), providing an excellent sealed surface. This versatile system can also be injected to accomplish repairs such as crack stabilisation.
A lightweight epoxy repair composite for rebuilding damaged vertical and overhead concrete and masonry surfaces. This high-build concrete repair material can be applied up to 12.7 cm (5 inches) thick on vertical surfaces and up to 7.6 cm (3 inches) thick on overhead surfaces without the use of shuttering during cure and only minimal support during the application. This solvent-free epoxy repair composite is non-porous and does not absorb water or chemicals. It provides excellent carbonation resistance and withstands extreme weather conditions. Generally, concrete must be left to cure for a minimum of 28 days. Belzona 4141 (Magma-Build) in comparison will achieve a full mechanical cure at 25°C (77°F) within 12 hours, and full chemical cure in 3 days.

This solvent-free material provides excellent chemical and abrasion resistance and protection from impact and environmental attack. Far stronger than concrete, Belzona 4131 (Magma-Screed) can be used as a repair material or to provide an extra strong top layer to existing concrete areas. This simple to apply material is easy to mix and can be applied by trowel without the need for specialist tools.

Designed to exclude moisture and prevent crevice, galvanic and atmospheric corrosion, Belzona 3412 is a tough, isocyanate-free, flexible topcoat which does not require heat or specialist tools for its application. Belzona 3412 can be simply applied by brush or spray to new or deteriorated equipment to provide outstanding long-term corrosion protection. When used in combination with the release agent/corrosion inhibitor, Belzona 8411, the coating can be easily cut, peeled back and resealed to allow inspection of fastenings. Additionally, Belzona 3412 can be used in conjunction with the Belzona Spray Gun. This facilitates a fast and efficient application whilst providing the same outstanding coverage and protection as a brush application.
A water-based acrylic emulsion membrane incorporating a polymer bonded glass reinforcing sheet (Belzona 9321) designed to provide seamless, flexible protection to all types of thermal insulation and cladding systems. Belzona 3211 (Lagseal) is water, weather and fire resistant, and conforms to the requirements for a ‘Class O’ surface for ‘The UK Building Regulations 1991’ and ‘Class A’ in accordance with ‘ASTM E84’. The system provides protection from water ingress whilst its microporous nature allows trapped moisture from within the insulation to evaporate.
